About these terms
These terms apply to the websites operated by FEARANN DIGITAL LTD ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13592863, and to the calls and text messages made through the phone numbers on those websites. By using our websites or contacting us through them, you agree to these terms.
What our websites do
Our websites let you request a local service, such as tree service, gutter cleaning or landscaping. We pass your enquiry to an independent local business that provides that service. We do not carry out the work ourselves. The business you are connected with is responsible for its own quotes, prices, work, licences and insurance, and any agreement for work is between you and that business.
SMS / text messaging
- What you will receive: if you call, send a text or submit a quote form on one of our websites, you may receive text messages about your enquiry. These are replies to your questions about the service you requested, and an automatic text if we miss your call. We do not currently send marketing or promotional messages.
- Consent: by giving your phone number in a quote form or by texting one of our numbers, you agree to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies depending on your enquiry.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.
- For help, reply HELP to any message or email hello@fearanndigital.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using our websites
You agree to give accurate information when you make an enquiry and not to use our websites or phone numbers for spam, abuse or any unlawful purpose.
Our liability
We aim to pass each enquiry to a suitable local business, but we cannot guarantee that a business will contact you, be available, or complete the work to your satisfaction. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the work, quotes or conduct of the businesses we connect you with.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update them on this page and change the effective date above.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
